We understand this is an investment on your part, and want to provide you with a wide variety of payment options to help you achieve your best vision.

For your convenience, we accept multiple payment options to suit your individual needs:

• Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®.*
• We offer a number of convenient CareCredit™ *financing plans. The most popular are the deferred interest promos zero percent for 6 and 12 months.

• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) – Take advantage of this considerable savings if offered through your employer. Check with your human resource department to inquire when open enrollment begins for your FLEX or Cafeteria Plan and find out if your account has any restrictions regarding using funds for copays. With this plan, pre-tax dollars are deducted each pay period to cover an elective procedure of your choice; in this case, Laser Vision Correction/PRK or Cataract Surgery using elective methods or lenses. First, you should confirm your candidacy before you designate the funds. Prior to planning your FSA contribution for the year, schedule your Laser Vision Correction/PRK evaluation or Cataract evaluation with Del Negro & Senft Eye Associates to see if you are a candidate for any elective or non-covered service. Flex Spending funds can also be used for eyewear and contact lenses.
• Health Savings Account (HSA) – You are eligible to use a HSA if you are signed up for a high deductible health plan (HDHP). The funds never expire, unlike a Flexible Spending Account.
