If anything is defective with your frames or lenses within the first year, we will replace them at no charge to you!
If you are unhappy with your frame purchase, we will gladly exchange your frame for another, as long as it is in good condition. If new lenses are required, you will be charged a small lab fee.
We stand behind our prescriptions! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your prescription, our doctors will revise it, and we will remake your lenses at no charge!
